Russ Darrow Metro CJDR is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Office Manager to support daily dealership accounting and administrative operations! In this role, you’ll work closely with the Office Manager to ensure processes run smoothly, paperwork is accurate, and corporate policies are followed. Requirements

  • Dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Prior accounting or office administrative experience required
  • Experience with CDK and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting functions including posting transactions, reconciling accounts, and processing payables
  • Prepare deals by scanning them into our digital filing system and checking for compliance to ensure accuracy and timely submission to Corporate
  • Help reconcile daily deposits, balance petty cash, and monitor cash schedules
  • Process check requests, purchase orders, gas slips, and factory invoices
  • Maintain dealership logs including dealer plates, temp plates, and police books
  • Provide backup support for cashier and reception duties as needed| Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR administrative functions
  • Support the Office Manager in maintaining workflow, communication, and adherence to company policies
