About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance and maintaining a high-functioning, motivated team. The role leads sales-floor and store operations, executes business strategies and daily sales goals, and delivers a customer experience aligned with Calvin Klein’s brand standards and visual direction. The Assistant Store Manager also helps foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Strong leadership presence and ability to lead by example, manage challenges, resolve issues proactively, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role, including key holder responsibilities.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, encourage conversation, support sales, and build connections with the brand.
Serve as key holder and leader on duty, overseeing store operations, opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day performance.
Coach associates and support the Store Manager in driving an exceptional store experience and business performance.
Represent Calvin Klein’s fashion and brand to customers.
Process, restock, and remerchandise products in alignment with the brand’s visual vision.
Promote pride, commitment, inclusion, and teamwork among associates.
