About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, developing team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The role also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career growth.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
