This role involves leading from the front, driving sales results, coaching others while staying actively involved in selling, building strong customer relationships, closing consistently, and holding self and team accountable to goals. You will drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals, coach and support the team to meet performance goals, assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up, support the Store Manager in daily operations and store performance, maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience, and step in to lead the store when needed. This role also includes supervising and supporting a small team (1-3 employees), providing coaching, feedback, and accountability, and helping train team members on sales and customer experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong background in sales or retail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Results-driven, organized, and reliable
