Requirements
- 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
- Strong people skills and a passion for motivating others.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn through hands-on experience.
- Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and clean, organic food.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations using Juicekeys’ proven systems for prep, service, and cleanliness.
- Lead shifts with confidence—delegating tasks, solving problems, and keeping the vibe positive.
- Coach and motivate your team to deliver excellent service during busy shifts.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance.
- Ensure every guest enjoys fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, welcoming space.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
