About The Position

Chatters is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their growing team at the Emerald Hills retail salon. This role involves being a product expert, driving sales, building customer relationships, and mentoring the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coaching the sales team, and maintaining salon presentation standards.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for beauty products.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or the retail industry.
