About The Position

Swarovski is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager at Dania Pointe in Dania Beach, Florida. The role supports a positive work environment, creates exceptional customer experiences, and drives commercial results. The Assistant Store Manager coaches and empowers team members, serves as a role model and Swarovski advocate, and helps shape the store’s success. The position also supports sales plans and targets, recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and store operations, and covers for the Store Manager as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships and empower others.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Responsible and able to take ownership.
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by delivering outstanding customer service and a strong brand experience.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance.
• Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
