About The Position

Swarovski is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead its retail team and create an environment where employees grow, customers feel inspired, and commercial performance thrives. The Assistant Store Manager acts as a Swarovski advocate and role model, supporting a positive work environment, exceptional customer experiences, and the store’s success. The role includes coaching and empowering team members, supporting sales plans and targets, overseeing store operations, and covering for the Store Manager as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships and empower others.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Responsible and able to take ownership.
• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by delivering outstanding customer service and a strong brand experience.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximize performance.
• Support recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
• Drive sales and support monthly plans and targets.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed.
