This is not working at your average pet retail store and no one day on the job is the same. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for creating an atmosphere of service, trust, and support for the owners' vision for the company. They will cultivate a positive and supportive store environment, assure customer service and satisfaction exceed expectations, and assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, inventory, staff training, and merchandising.
