We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for merchandise organization, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, and assisting with various administrative tasks. A key aspect of this role is maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor and stockroom, while protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures. The Assistant Store Manager will also play a role in supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
