Responsibilities

Participate in the development of turnover and the achievement of monthly objectives.
Ensure a very nice welcome and support of our customers.
Ensure the opening and closing of the store.
Ensure the storage of articles and set up commercial operations and animations in accordance with merchandising instructions.
Maintain a clean and attractive point of sale.
Receiving goods, labelling and locking items for sale, storing them in the sales area.
Maintain stock, report any stock anomalies to its management.
Respect the usual rules of politeness, courtesy towards both customers and employees.
Ensure the liaison between the point of sale and its partners (headquarters, suppliers, customers, security...).
Ensure the maintenance of the point of sale.
Participate in the recruitment of new employees.
Manage and support the teams.
Onboard the new joiners.
