About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Mobile, Alabama. As part of the location management team, this role provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The Assistant Store Manager helps ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals while maintaining an energetic and fun work environment. The role may also perform the duties of other store team members, including Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians, when business needs, absences, or other factors require it. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training is available.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license.
• Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience; candidates can be trained in vehicle maintenance work.

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
