About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily retail operations and team performance. The role focuses on helping individual team members and the team achieve standards and sales and profit projections, contributing to total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
