The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a hands-on leader who supports the General Manager in executing daily store operations and maintaining team performance. The AGM reinforces expectations, monitors execution, and helps keep the store running efficiently across all shifts. When the General Manager is not in the store, the AGM serves as the acting leader. In this role, the AGM directs the team, ensures operational standards are met, and maintains adherence to all procedures. This role is critical to ensuring consistency across shifts, reinforcing team accountability, and driving execution of our core standards to deliver a reliable guest experience.
