About The Position

Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily sales and operational leadership. The role supports achievement of individual and team standards, sales and profit projections, and a high level of customer satisfaction. It also involves developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, recruiting and selecting team members, enforcing company policies and procedures, and completing other operational and strategic duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
