About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the store or counter and helping it succeed. The role includes leading, coaching, and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Candidates should have supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment, along with a strong interest in retail and developing others. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
