About The Position

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team, support store operations, and provide a positive guest experience. The role assists the Store Manager with daily operations and fills in for them when needed. It involves supervising, training, and supporting team members; serving customers; maintaining store conditions and safety; and helping manage inventory, reports, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed.
• Supervise, train, and support team members.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, resolve issues professionally, and build relationships with regular guests.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe.
• Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Manage inventory and complete reports.
• Help maintain high operational standards.
