This role assists the store manager in the overall operations of the Garden Center with focus customer service, sales and operations. This position is accountable for the customer shopping experience, promotional sales, signage, staffing, eCommerce order fulfillment, merchandising/stocking (w/Visual Merchandiser), receiving/operations, general maintenance, training and continue to improve upon a solutions-based culture of sales plus regular manager on duty responsibilities. This position executes and enforces policies that ensure the store is properly staffed, trained, and ready to serve our customers. Provides recommendations on changes that improve training, customer service and efficiency. Ultimately this position helps ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and profitably.
