About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager oversees, trains, and develops a team to provide a consistently superior guest experience while meeting sales goals. The role supports day-to-day store operations and helps monitor financial performance, sales, payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to improve store performance and profitability. The position is onsite in Dalton, Georgia, and reports to the Store Manager. It may be part-time or full-time.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Availability to be on call 24/7.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 1–2 years of retail experience in a similar working environment.
