About The Position

Stonebriar Auto Services is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Lansing, Michigan. As a member of the location management team, the Assistant Store Manager provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The role supports operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service goals while helping maintain an energetic and fun working environment.

The Assistant Store Manager may also perform the work of other store team members, including Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians, when business needs, absences, or other factors require. Vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required; training may be provided to candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Stable work history in a physical environment and supervisory experience are suitable background for candidates who need vehicle maintenance training.

Nice To Haves

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred but not required.
