We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with daily store functions, engaging with customers, managing merchandise, processing corporate directives, maintaining store appearance, and protecting company assets. The Assistant Store Manager will also be responsible for ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, record keeping, loss prevention, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized sales floor and stockroom. Adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and supervision of store associates are key aspects of this position. A positive, safe, and respectful environment is to be maintained, with professional and friendly interactions with everyone. The role also includes maintaining store cleanliness and performing other duties as assigned.
