About The Position

We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic team members to manage our self-storage facilities. As an Assistant Property Manager at StoragePRO, you will rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships. You will conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment. You will process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records. You will market and promote storage units and related products. You will perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements. You will uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. This role reports to the District Manager, and attendance is an essential job function. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding customer service.
  • Self-storage, property management, retail, or restaurant experience ideal
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills
  • US work authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a store manager, customer service associate, shift supervisor or lead, front desk agent, rental agent, key holder, retail associate, property manager, cashier, etc.
