About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to earn quarterly incentive pay based on store performance, giving you the chance to be rewarded for helping exceed net income goals. Eligible team members can earn additional quarterly payouts, with the potential to earn up to over $1,000 per quarter based on results. At Goodwill, we believe in the power of work to change lives. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of retail management experience (or equivalent education/experience)
• Strong close, color, and depth vision are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead store activities to ensure strong sales and production performance
• Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
• Train and develop staff in alignment with company standards
• Review and verify daily sales reports, deposits, and financial procedures
• Coordinate product flow and shipments to ensure inventory meets sales goals
• Open and close the store, manage deposits, and secure the building
• Provide excellent customer and donor service, including resolving complaints
• Supervise the processing of donated goods to ensure quality and sales readiness
• Organize and rotate merchandise by category and color
• Encourage team motivation through communication and performance feedback
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to store leadership
• Act as Store Manager in their absence
