We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, engaging customers positively, organizing and transferring merchandise, and maintaining seasonal areas. The Assistant Store Manager will also process corporate directives, maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering and managing merchandise, and ensure loss prevention. Record keeping, including payroll and scheduling, is also a key responsibility. The position requires maintaining store cleanliness and organization, protecting company assets, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and safety guidelines. A significant part of the role includes supervising, training, and developing store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional and friendly interactions. Other duties as assigned are also part of this role.
