About The Position

MobileOne is seeking a results-driven Assistant Store Manager to help operate a T-Mobile retail store, drive sales, and develop a motivated team. The role supports a positive, customer-focused environment and helps ensure customers have a satisfying, memorable experience. The Assistant Store Manager keeps up with T-Mobile products, technology, and sales offerings; supports store operations and compliance; assists with recruiting and staffing; and maintains the store’s appearance. Duties may change and are not limited to those listed.

Requirements

Experience managing people and the ability to lead and coach them to deliver results.
Customer service or sales experience; retail experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
