About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager (Operations) will be responsible for leading by example, fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members. This role also involves assisting with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team Members, ensuring facility maintenance by supporting the inspection of facilities and equipment, and completing general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Experience: 1 year+ of supervisory experience (preferred).
