About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager (Operations) will be a team player, fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members. This role will assist with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team members. The Assistant Store Manager will also ensure safety by supporting the inspection of the facilities and equipment, and complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

• Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

• 1 year+ of supervisory experience (preferred).
