About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager (Operations) role involves leading by example, overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members, and assisting with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team Members. This role also includes ensuring facility safety through supporting inspections of facilities and equipment, and completing general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

- Must be 21+ in order to apply.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Collected & Composed: Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations.
- Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year+ of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
