About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager (Operations) will lead by example, acting as a team player by fulfilling and overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members. This role involves assisting with the training, mentoring, and supervision of all Team Members. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will ensure safety by supporting the inspection of facilities and equipment, and will complete general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and collected under high pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize and analyze issues and create effective solutions.
- Currently ServeSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year+ of supervisory experience.
- ServeSafe Certification
