About The Position

The Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising supports the Store Leader in achieving store goals, including guest service, sales, operational efficiency, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation. This role focuses on driving associate and guest engagement, providing exceptional guest service through relationship building and product knowledge, and maintaining a clean store environment. Visual Leaders are expected to drive excellence, elevate visual design, seek inspiration, and continuously improve results.

Requirements

• 1 year Retail Management
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

• Lead floor sets/refresh management.
• Manage seasonal décor placement.
• Co-manage product replenishment.
• Manage mannequin placement and design.
• Co-manage store atmosphere – scent, music, lay out.
• Control workflow through successful planning and delegation.
• Execute task directives within designated time frames.
• Complete opening/closing procedures.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to ensure shortage control in order to protect Company assets.
• Communicate effectively with executive team.
• Utilize and manage the use of weekly reporting to track, analyze and communicate business results and determine strategies to maximize sales.
• Interpret Home Office visual communication through Store Leader / District Leader partnership.
• Partner with the Visual District Leader to oversee and manage the roll-out of floor sets, window sets, fixture placement and overall visual environment.
• Maintain an awareness of brand aesthetic and relevance to the store environment and communicate with team.
• Manage placement of new product.
• Communicate product performance observations and offer feedback to the Visual District Leader.
