You’ll partner closely with the Store Director while leading teams, developing talent, and stepping in to oversee the entire store when needed. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that’s constantly evolving. • Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and peak business periods

• Prior experience as a Department Manager or equivalent leadership role preferred
