About The Position

Responsibilities

Supports the head debate coach in training, mentoring, and preparing students for debate competitions.
Organizing practice sessions.
Providing feedback on speeches.
Researching debate topics.
Helping students develop argumentation and public speaking skills.
Accompanying students to tournaments.
Assisting with judging rounds.
Handling administrative tasks like scheduling or team communications.
Fostering a positive and educational environment for debaters to grow and succeed.
