We're seeking a proactive, passionate, and detail-driven Assistant Spa Director to support the daily operations of our retreat. In this role, you’ll report to the Spa Director and help ensure operational excellence, team development, and five-star guest experience in alignment with our brand promise: Join a Retreat that’s Redefining Wellness!

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience sales. Required
Must be full-time 5 days a week.
Minimum of one year of leadership experience. Required
Excellent at guest communication. Required
Excellent at building team culture. Required

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa management software is preferred.
Familiarity with operating standards in a branded or franchise environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Champion the Cloud 9 Wellness Experience, ensuring each guest receives personalized care from arrival to departure.
Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage, skincare therapy, and touchless services.
Partner with the Retreat Director on membership strategy, including overcoming obstacles and building rapport within the team.
Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and alignment to brand tone.
Assist with recruitment, hiring, training and developing and retaining team members.
Facilitate front desk associate training and coaching with role-playing to support membership sales.
