Grays Harbor College Athletic Department invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach for Intercollegiate Softball. Reporting to the Head softball coach, and the Director of Athletics, the selected candidate will be responsible for working with the head coach of the softball program, ensuring compliance with the athletic department, college, and Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) guidelines. The Assistant Coach holds the primary role in fostering a holistic collegiate softball journey for student-athletes, emphasizing academic success, competitive athletics, and personal growth opportunities. This is a part-time, non-tenure position without benefits eligibility. This position is for the 26-27 academic school year and can start as soon as July 1, 2026. Grays Harbor College serves the communities of Grays Harbor and Pacific counties on the Pacific coast of Washington. Located in Aberdeen, Washington at the base of the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, the College is less than an hour away from scenic Pacific Ocean beaches and close to both the Olympic and Mount Rainier National Parks.
