About The Position

We are looking for someone with a passion for leading and caring for people to join our Manager in Training Program. This role is for individuals who are obsessed with hospitality, constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience, take pride in developing others, and building a positive, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience in customer service, retail or hospitality (Required).
Point of Sale Knowledge.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development.
Hire and develop team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities.
Keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
Monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results.
Ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.
