Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience in customer service, retail or hospitality (Required).
Point of Sale Knowledge.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Protect & Maintain Our Facility- keep our site clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance and attention to detail.
Drive Performance- monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates and execute business strategies that hit goals and maximize results.
Champion Safety & Compliance – Ensure procedures and policies are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.
