About The Position

This role is a leadership launchpad for individuals who naturally take charge, aspire to run their own operation, and gain energy from leading people and achieving success as a team. Glide Xpress is building car washes across the South with aggressive growth plans and is developing its next generation of Site Leaders and Area Leaders from within. The Assistant Site Leader role is designed to train individuals to eventually own and run their own site, offering hands-on training, coaching, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and set the tone for performance and energy
• Train and coach team members to deliver a top-tier customer experience
• Own site presentation, sparkle, and operational standards
• Handle real-time problem solving (customers, team, operations)
• Open/close the site and ensure it runs efficiently
• Support sales and membership growth
• Assist with local marketing and community partnerships
• Step up when needed—leaders don’t wait to be asked
