The Assistant Shop Manager will be responsible for identifying, creating, and maintaining a positive team culture, ensuring quality control checks, and managing employee adherence to safety and OSHA standards. This position also includes managing, training, and hiring Detailers, handling all sublets and sublet communication, and performing quality control on completed vehicles. The role requires utilizing various management and estimating systems, and training with the Shop Manager to understand business financials and achieve financial goals. Extensive training in each department is provided to ensure a thorough understanding of all business facets before taking on full management responsibilities.
