About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate record keeping, prepares, reviews and analyzes reports. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for assisting the Shift Manager with the scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for the cage department during the intended shift assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to follow and enforce strict procedural guidelines maintained within the department
Ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time
Good computer and 10-key skills
Strong mathematical skill to include, addition, subtraction, multiply, division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members
Ability to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Must obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to: Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree preferred
Two (2) to four (4) years of casino cage experience
At least one (1) year in a cage supervisor role
An equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
