Our Service Technicians are the foundation of every Lucid service center, working alongside some of the most advanced teams in the EV industry. We are seeking individuals who bring curiosity, precision, and energy to their craft, and who are passionate about delivering an exceptional, world-class experience to every Lucid customer. All employees will be trained at and report to our Costa Mesa Service center until the new site opens in Mission Viejo. The Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Lucid Service Center, effectively managing a team of advisors, technicians, and parts staff. The Service Manager position will be responsible for building a world-class team focused on delivering the highest level of customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership within the organization, setting an example for their team while encouraging continuous improvement.
