About The Position

Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a well-spoken individual to assist the Service Manager with daily administrative duties, acting as a customer service advocate and writing a small portion of RO's. This position is not a Service Advisor position. Managing and coaching others, leading by example, and routinely training with the Service Advisors and Service Manager will be needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a service advisor OR 3+ years as a technician
  • World Class customer service skills
  • Excellent Typing Skills
  • Highly Proficient Computer Literacy
  • Disciplined in following procedure without supervision
  • Detail oriented
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to read the situation and adjust accordingly
  • Consistent high performing sales/customer satisfaction scores
  • Ability to work Saturday rotation

Nice To Haves

  • CDJR experience is greatly preferred but not required
  • Automotive Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
  • customer service: 4 years (Preferred)
