About The Position
Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Service Manager for Ashton Glen, a 108-unit apartment community in Centerville, OH. The Assistant Service Manager will assist the Service Manager in maintaining the community to company standards by guiding the team through diagnosis, repairs, and make-ready processes.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license

- HVAC/EPA/CFC and/or CPO certification
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and exterior issues.
- Build daily make-ready and work order schedules with the Service Manager and Property Manager.
- Complete service requests within 24 hours and inspect finished work against Morgan standards.
- Help manage maintenance inventory and look for cost-effective ways to order supplies.
- Commit to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies.
