Requirements

  • Automotive or transportation industry background preferred
  • Previous Service Advisor or Service Management experience a plus
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and scheduling systems
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Positive, teachable attitude with problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer needs
  • Maintain steady workflow and track vehicle service timelines
  • Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Support daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
