About The Position

We're Looking for an Experienced Service Advisor / Writer to Join Their Team! This role is with an award-winning, highly successful Automotive Dealership that represents Subaru, Mazda, and Hyundai brands. Requirements

• Some Mechanical Knowledge
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• All potential employees must pass per-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Maintain service-branded CSI
• Communicate with customer to determine the nature of their mechanical problem(s).
• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications.
• If additional work is needed, clearly explain the exact repair instructions, making a special note of the main reason(s) the customer brought the vehicle in.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts.
• Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day. Contact customer by telephone.
• Analyze quality control report to ensure that work is completed as requested to reduce comebacks.
• Maintain follow-up program on additional items found in need of repair.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
