Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate an automobile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Interact with customers (in person and via phone) to determine immediate and future service needs and prioritize required services
  • Perform a visual inspection of vehicles and ask detailed questions about vehicle performance to accurately assess concerns
  • Complete service work orders and clearly explain recommended services and associated costs to customers
  • Use a consultative approach to educate customers on vehicle maintenance, services, and product offerings
  • Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers to ensure clear communication and efficient service delivery
  • Provide administrative support to Service Advisors as needed
  • Follow up with service customers when their assigned advisor is unavailable
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with company mission and values
  • Continue training alongside experienced advisors to develop the skills necessary to become a successful Service Advisor
  • Complete and maintain all required company and dealer training
  • Ability to work Saturdays
