About The Position

Holman is a family-owned global automotive services organization. Leith Chrysler Jeep, part of Holman, is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to support customers with vehicle service needs. The role involves inspecting vehicles, documenting service requests, explaining costs, and serving as a liaison between clients and technicians. The Assistant Service Advisor is expected to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate Holman’s mission and values.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Current valid driver’s license and ability to operate an automobile.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Obtain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle repairs and required maintenance.
• Visually inspect vehicles and ask customers about vehicle performance.
• Complete service work orders and explain service costs to clients.
• Greet and interact with clients to determine their immediate service needs.
• Use a consultative approach to educate clients about services and products.
• Act as a liaison between technicians and clients.
• Post charges to client bills and act as a cashier.
• Provide excellent client service and demonstrate Holman’s mission and values.
