The compensation for the full-time Service Drive Assistant depends upon experience and begins at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Requirements

Must be on time and ready to work every day
Ability to work as a cohesive unit with coworkers
Valid Illinois license with an acceptable driving record
Neat professional appearance
Computer skills required

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to interact with customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Knowledge of appropriate telephone techniques
Excellent listening skills
Must be well organized

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers
Perform walk around inspections
Communicate with customers to determine needs
Verify correct customer information
Perform handoff of customer to appropriate Service Advisor
Answer phone calls and set appointments
Create loaner vehicle contracts for customers
Perform loaner vehicle check in & out process
Manage Detail/ Simoniz vehicles
Follow up with customers when completed
Assist with cashiering duties and customers picking up their vehicles after service is completed
Fill in for Service Advisors on vacation or personal/sick days
Assist with writing and monitoring Used Vehicle reconditioning repair orders
Assist Service Manager as needed
