This position involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures. The position requires adherence to all company and safety/security policies and procedures, reporting accidents/injuries/unsafe conditions, and completing safety training. It also involves maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and welcoming guests according to company standards. Communication should be clear and professional, with appropriate telephone etiquette. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also key. The role requires adherence to quality expectations and standards, reading and visually verifying information, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, manipulating objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and navigating various surfaces and stairs. Reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors must also be performed.
