About The Position
National Security Consultants is seeking an Assistant Security Supervisor who will be responsible for supporting the security efforts for a local retail center in Niles, OH.
Requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner
- Strategic planning and thinking as well as the ability to work well under pressure
- Clean criminal background and able to pass drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military or management preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety and security of the facility including staff, tenants and guests
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of all security personnel
- Ensure security officers are following company policy and procedures
- Recruit, train and develop security personnel in collaboration with Security Manager and Regional Manager
- Ensure scheduling is handled effectively to best meet the demands of the facility
- Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reporting system
