About The Position

As an Assistant Security Director, you will oversee the daily operations of a security site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. You'll manage security personnel, coordinate with clients, handle incidents, and maintain compliance with security protocols. Your role includes scheduling staff, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
High school education or equivalent (GED)
2-4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role.
2-4 years hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing etc.
WinTeam, Kronos, or other scheduling/payroll experience
Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Nice To Haves

Prior Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
You have a state security license

Responsibilities

Oversee the site's schedule, payroll, attendance, Guard performance, and vehicle maintenance.
Coach, counsel, and issue corrective action as needed.
Work with and communicate directly with the Site Client and Client Service Manager to ensure operational satisfaction.
Provide training to new and current guards on monthly training and new protocols set by the client.
Ensure guards are clocking in/out accurately.
Perform management role requiring strong technology skills, written skills, front desk duties, checking in vendors and contractors.
Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
